The reporting functionality delivers:
Analytics overview
The analytics overview screen is available to Jira administrators only.
It is accessed from the Apps dropdown menu in the Jira header
For Jira as a whole, it delivers
Usage over time - dividing issue views between each location they can be viewed in (issue view contexts)

Project Analytics
The Project Analytics screen is available to Jira administrators only.
It is accessed from the left project menu, or by selecting a project from the analytics overview screen.
For each individual project, it delivers

The People Analytics screen is available to Jira administrators only.
It is accessed by selecting a person’s name on any of the other analytics report screens.

The Issue Analytics screen is available to Jira administrators only.
Detailed analytics for individual issues is available from the Google Analytics issue glance on the right hand side of the issue screen

Portal Issue Analytics
The Portal Issue Analytics screen is available to Jira administrators only.
Analytics for individual issues is available from the Google Analytics panel on the right hand side of the issue screen

All users who wish to access the reports will need to have their own (or shared) Google Analytics account which can view reports for the Google Analytics property.
Advanced Settings
Filter by Group Membership
You can now filter reports based on group memberships.
This is especially useful to understand how separate parts of your company, or partner organisations are using your Jira instance.
Print reports
All reports can be printed or exported to PDF. This allows administrators to share the report with other people within the organisation.
