How does comment tracking work?

We track whenever an comment is created or updated.

Comments are linked to their parent page or blogpost using the parentId & parentType custom dimensions and to their space by the spaceKey & spaceId custom dimension.

Comment tracking is done on the server side, away from the client browser, based on webhooks received from Confluence.

Comment tracking is currently not displayed in the reporting screens within COnfluence, but is available within native Google Analytics under events.
